Financial Automation & ETL: AI-Powered Transaction Ingestion & Automated Ledger Sync

AI-Powered Transaction Ingestion & Automated Ledger Sync

Businesses that take payments through QRIS, cards and bank transfers receive a constant stream of transaction alerts, each provider with its own format. Turning that stream into bookkeeping records usually means someone reading notifications, retyping amounts and guessing at categories. As volume grows, that work slows down month-end close and lets errors into the books. This pipeline takes over that back-office work. It ingests financial alerts from every channel as they arrive, uses AI to extract and categorize each transaction, and writes the result into the ledger automatically. Finance teams get records that stay current without manual data entry.

Multi-Channel Ingestion & AI Transaction Parsing

The ingestion layer listens to webhooks and notification feeds from banks and payment providers, covering QRIS payments, card transactions and transfers. Each alert is normalized into a common format and passed to an AI parsing step. That step reads the raw text, identifies the merchant or counterparty, amount, currency and date, and converts foreign-currency amounts. Semantic categorization then assigns each transaction to the right account based on what it actually is, so cryptic provider descriptions become clean, structured records.

Reliable Automated Synchronization into Ledger Systems

Parsed transactions are written into the ledger through its API, with safeguards that keep the books consistent. Duplicate alerts are detected and removed, and transfers between a business’s own accounts are matched so they are not counted twice. Because every step runs without manual intervention, the same pipeline can absorb growing transaction volume and the high-volume data workflows that would otherwise tie up a finance team.
